Our stay in this cozy small hotel was a fantastic experience. The room was clean and well-equipped with shampoo, towels, and hair dryer. The hotel's location is simply amazing, with many restaurants, beaches, and amenities within a few minutes' walk. Plus, there's a Lidl nearby for any food or other stuff that we needed. One more advantage we enjoyed was that we were always greeted by the kind and helpful staff who were easy to approach.

While there are so many things to love about this hotel, there were a few things we disliked as well. The shower head was fixed, making it hard to shower children, and the kitchenette in the room was really minimal, which we found to be a little misleading from the photos.

Our stay at Sao Francisco was fantastic! The hotel was cozy, clean, and located in a great area near the beach. We were pleasantly surprised by the high ceilings and modern design of the room. The shower was excellent, and we had no issues with the bathroom size. The nearby Metro station made it convenient for exploring Porto, and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. The free parking nearby was a bonus. Despite a few minor drawbacks like limited kitchen facilities and a separate reception building, we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Matosinhos. we had a wonderful experience at Sao Francisco.

I loved the location of this hotel as it was right next to a Metro stop which made it easy to get around this city. Also, the hotel facilities were exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our check-in was smooth and even provided helpful tips for exploring the area. Secondly, the rooms, though on the smaller side, were incredibly clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Additionally, the location was ideal, with easy access to the beach, Porto city center, and the airport. Lastly, the hotel's proximity to a delightful bakery made breakfasts even more enjoyable. exceptional value for money and attention to detail.

the value for money was outstanding. The prices were reasonable and definitely worth it considering the attention to detail in the rooms. Secondly, the location right above a very nice bakery was a delightful surprise. It meant that each morning I could indulge in delicious pastries and coffee without having to venture far. Lastly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was wonderful and I couldn't find anything that needed improvement.

Great place to stay. Close to everything, lovely and helpful staff. the staff went above and beyond during our stay, accommodating us when we were sick and ensuring we had a comfortable stay. the location was convenient, being near the beach and a supermarket, and there were nice breakfast spots nearby.

This hotel has a great location, as it's right next to a Metro station and close to the tram. it's only a stone's throw away from the beach, which is perfect for those who want to enjoy the sea breeze. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the showers are amazing, making it easy to start the day refreshed.

Sadly, there is one issue with the hotel: it can be a bit noisy due to the busy road nearby. this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience at the hotel.

Lovely peaceful location with great staff. Excellent service and beautifully renovated rooms. Close to nice coffee and lunch spots and fish restaurants. Allowed us to store our luggage.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Porto and had a really enjoyable experience. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the value for money. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect as it was conveniently located near a wonderful bakery which was a great way to start my mornings. The basic amenities in the rooms were just what I needed and the breakfast options were delightful.

Everything was more than satisfactory, no improvements needed.
